Creative Chops is a production studio based in Los Angeles, CA.

We specialize in film, commercial, and music video development, production and post. We also create motion graphics and visual effects for film and television including titles, show opens and advertising. Creative Chops was established in 2010 by owner Adam Franklin.

Adam Franklin

is an award winning director, writer, and producer based in Los Angeles, CA. Originally from Virginia, he has spent the better part of a decade in LA as a Motion Graphic Artist and Creative Director for clients such as Warner Bros., Universal, Fox, Lionsgate, ESPN, Food Network, and History Channel, among others.

“Working in this vein of the industry, I’ve gained a lot of experience with the post production work flow, visual effects, motion graphics, compositing and contemporary editing techniques. It has given me a unique angle and understanding about what can be accomplished with the new trends and tools that are available today. I understand how to sell a movie and the facets of film marketing, which I feel is a great asset to have as a director in this business.”

He is pursuing writing and directing full time, including commercials, music videos, and short films. His emphasis is to become a feature film director.
